The hotel is in close proximity to a shopping plaza, according to multiple reviews. the great service in Cafe Vista, witnessed by a reviewer who had small children, made their stay comfortable. the facility is clean, spacious, and welcoming. Plenty of amenities, such as a complimentary dental kit and razor blades, are included in the room.
The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness standards as many rooms were reportedly dirty with hair, coffee spoons were used and dirty, and the bathroom was unclean.

We had a great stay at the hotel! Best aspects include diverse breakfast options , comfy beds, and helpful staff who speak English. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and a shopping mall.

This hotel is stunning and boasts exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the beautiful lobby and well, appointed rooms impressed me, whilst the restaurant offered an incredibly wide, range of delicious food to satisfy any international traveler. I absolutely loved the gym, steam room, and indoor swimming pool. the beautiful garden area provided an exclusive retreat that made me feel transported to a world, class resort.
The only negative experience I had was with one staff member who seemed untrained in customer service. the staff were attentive and polite but this particular staff member made me feel uncomfortable with their lack of professionalism.

Great amenities, close to shopping and dining. I recently stayed at a fancy hotel over the weekend. the amenities were fantastic, with a pool and gym, and even a spa. It was conveniently situated in the heart of a busy district with lots of shopping and dining options. Plus, the airport wasn't too far away, which was great since I didn't want to spend a lot of time commuting.
Room not clean, lack of service. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the room.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the cozy and comfortable rooms, which were well-equipped with everything I needed. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I also appreciated the friendly service from the hotel staff.
There was a faint unpleasant odor in the room that was hard to ignore. the fitness center could benefit from some updated equipment.
